Hi Jackie, thank you for taking the time to write a review. There are a lot of inaccuracies that I think are worth clarifying. First and foremost, you were forced to sell this house, which I feel awful about. I felt so bad that int he contract I told you if you were able to buy the property, I would handle the deal for 0% commission because I would never want someone to be forced out of a house that they didnt want to sell. Unfortunately, you didnt have the ability to do that and thus your partner forced your husband into selling. I didnt make you wait 36 hours to inform you of an offer. I checked my records and we texted you 30 mins after we texted your partner. You did tell me 'that my kid plays on my phone a lot and im not constantly responding to texts" when I asked you why it took so long for you to give us important information. If you look at the review directly under this one by bowhunger079x you will read a very different story. Also, us not being able to give the home inspector access was because the lockbox was jammed and the inspector couldn't get it open. We quickly offered to pay a locksmith to rekey the house at zero cost to you. Regardless, I am happy to help your brother in law through this very stressful situation, even if to cost me a mostly inaccurate 1 star review. On the bright side, it was the first negative review I have received in 10 years.
